Hello,
What is this sound on this video please?
The car is cranking but do not start (video)
There is a banging sound under the engine (video)
Opened top of the engine to find 4 rocker arms smashed (picture)

Please help me with ideas how to repair.

Not sure that is going to fix the problem. Assuming those blew apart while the engine was running there is a good chance you have metal shavings spread through the entire motor now. That could/will damage the cyliders, pistons, rings, just about anything that the oil feeds into. Did you by chance have your timing belt break causing the broken rockers? Not very often that rockers just go (although it is possible). Replacing rockers isn't overly difficult. Remove valve cover and un-bolt them and install new ones. You will need to torque them to the correct spec pounds. I have done them on old american v8s, but never on an Audi. There might be more steps that I am missing.

I'm waiting for the tappets to be here, be fixed then work on the problem,
I still don't have any idea why the car cannot start, I hope it was because of the broken tappet arms that the car couldn't start.
Now, what is that bang sound under the engine? that's the dilemma.

I listened to the video and didn't hear a bang. With the broken rockers it isn't surprising the car won't. The rockers are what open the intake/exhaust valves to the cylinders. EDIT: If the below did happen that would explain a banging noise as the pistons are probably smacking into the valves.
Curious how many miles are on the car and if you have had the timing belt replaced? I am guessing here, but I think your timebelt broke which would cause engine damage (pistons slamming into the valves which caused the rockers to blow apart). That would also throw the engine out of time letting it just crank with no attempt to fire. If that is the case then fixing the rockers is probably a waste of money as the whole engine will need to be replaced/rebuilt.

Thanks in advance
