Anyone have any info on if a factory drivetrain warranty is transferrable? I'm haggling with Audi right now over transmission repairs and they say b/c the fact that I am the second owner counts against me. Should it matter if I bought it new or used? Shouldn't they take responsibility for manufacturing working transmissions for at least 50k miles?
