96 A4 Problems **HELP!!**

Default 96 A4 Problems **HELP!!**
When I press my break, the parking lights come on, on the the drivers side. Also when I turn the lights to on to just the driving lights, the third break light comes on. Also I can not use my cruise control unless my headlights are off. Is this a bad ground somewhere? Where would I look to find a bad ground? PLEASE HELP ME.
