Would it be a huge task to swap the 96 cluster for the newer cluster with the extra options (MPG, etc.).

I'd assume I'd need the cluster and a 12V '97 ECU?

I'm not too familiar with the car yet, more of just a DD, but I perfer the newer cluster. So...?]

 

you would aso need the stalk that controls the screen that is mounted on the steering column

 

not worth it.. its cheaper to go get one with that option
