Trailboss's advice was good, also. It is "only" six bolts, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they're in accessible locations. You'll want to take the airbox out. Clean/replace your air filter while you're at it.

The O2 sensors need a 22mm wrench. The cat>turbo bolts are 17mm. The cat>downpipe bolts are 13mm, and all the bolts that hang the exhaust are also 13mm except for two by the secondary muffler that are T-40 Torx bolts. The airbox is held in by one 10mm bolt and four thumb-clips around the edges between the top and bottom piece. If you don't take it out you won't be able to reach the cat>turbo nuts.

Get ball-joint head ratchet extensions; they're the only reason I finished the job. You need PB Blaster and a creeper to do this job in a reasonable amount of time.
