Default Catalytic Converter
FYI: Just took my 2003 3.0 into the dealer because the check engine light came on. Apparently Audi has been having issues with the catalytic converter. They didn't find anything wrong, but the tech said that the warning light could come on again, or it could never come on again. I will say that Audi extended the warranty on the cc to 80,000 miles.

warranty on catalytic converter has always been 80k miles just like it is with the MAF I believe.

yea all emmissions devices are required to be warrented till 80k its a government mandate thing
