OH MY GOD, NO RUN AWAY FROM THAT LINK!!!! Motodyne = Murderdyne. That is the biggest scam in the Audi scene. I have heard of many accounts of not recieving anything or recieving a supercharger that doesn't fit the engine.

There is no chip for the 12V. There is no supercharger for the 12V.

Bottom line, NEVER EVERY BUY ANYTHING FROM MODODYNE.COM.

Buy a 1.8t and you can do tons of modifications to the engine. The two main mods are the chip and exhaust. Also check the cars previous maintanace records to see what was done. Around 60-70k the timing belts should be done and that can be a costly repair.

OK, Jared *LOL* I just remembered seeing the charger for the 12V engine and posted the link. Don't know anything of Motodynes work. I'll keep the warning in mind...

My A4 is a 2.8-30V anyway...

(The A4 2.8 30V version actually got on the danish marked in 1996)

I was actually in the market for a 1.8T but a lot of people were telling me to get the 2.8, that they were better performing cars. But, this info was also coming from non-Audi owners. [:'(] That is why I got on here. I know a minimum amount about Audi's. I fell in love with the sleek body of the A4, and of course the power of AWD. I am really into exterior customization so I can handle that part, I am just a little new to engine mods.

I would not bother with the 12v when for a bit more money you could get the 30v but as all have said the most tuneable is the 1.8T or if funds are there the S4.

As for 19" yep you can fit them with upgraded suspension but it will kill your performance, 18" is the better option for performance.

Well I didn't want to ask this because I feel stupid, but I really have no clue what you guys are talking about when you say 12v or 30v.
Could someone explain please?
