Has anyone replaced the thermostat on a 98 1.8L qauttro turbo? I had the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, etc. replaced but they never replaced the thermostat. Now my temperature gauge does not move and I have no heat unless I'm sitting in traffic for extended periods of time. Is this something fairly easy to do or do I have to remove a bunch of parts to accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated...it's 15 degrees outside and I have over an hour commute to and from work!
