Default A4 Quattro slow coolant level decreasing

hello I am new here , I bought a used Audi A4 2006, soon after purchasing within 2hrs I got check engine , I took it back to him, after 2weeks he told he fixed everything but the coolant still loosing levels from trip to trip
i refilled with pentafrost to max , I drove upto 30miles now level came from max to min and the color of coolant changed from pink to a bit black
please help I want to take it back to mechanic

Doesn't sound good. Check your oil and see if it looks like the same color of a milkshake. From what you wrote it seems like the oil and coolant are mixing. At best it is a blown head gasket at worst it is a cracked block/warped head. None of those are cheap repairs.

i just checked and saw coolant leaking from coolant head, which is below (backside of engine) almost below camshaft chain

and luckly found fix for 200$

There is a flange on the backside of the engine (mine was leaking), but I didn't think that would cause your coolant to start turning black. Generally that indicates oil and coolant mixing somewhere (which should not occur at the flange). Hope it resolves your issue for you. $200 is a lot better than $2000!
