A4 Road Race Capable?

Hey guys, Im new to the audi community...doing some research before buying a B5 A4. Just wondering how well an A4 would do on a road race track. Ive taken my 3000gt out, and it was alotta fun. So lets hear it - how does the a4 hold up in road racing - not necessicarily competition, but cornering, body roll, transmission abuse? thanks!

It's going to be better then the 3000gt. If you set it up, the car will be work out well. However, if it's a super tight short track, it might not be the best car.

the only mitsubishi car to beat an a4 on the track is the evo. no other mitsubishi can stand up to an a4 wid similar mods

IF YOUR 3000 GT IS ((NON)) VR4 AND YOU HAD FUN, I SUGGEST YOU TO DRIVE THE A4. NIGHT AND DAY IF THE A4 IS CHIPPED. DEF. A4 OVER THE 3000GT

No matter what, the Audi will be a more fun car to drive.

I think my answer is a little bias though. LOL.

haha thanks guys - excellent to hear! yeah my 3000 is a N/A, and i know that even the vr4 is really big and heavy around the turns.

what is the curb weight of a B5 A4?
