a bov let's the amount of air u would've had in the engine out. which means u have more fuel than air, therefore burning more gas

 

damnnn sorry im late on this topic but MBC's r a no go on these cars? i was gunna put one in this weekend cuz i finally found on layin around in my friends shop. is there any way to up the fuel pressure to compensate for the increase of air? and dont worry the mbc was gunna b a temp till i can afford a chip anyway.

 

Okay, say i want to upgrade my turbos. what kind of chip should i get ? and this new turbo / chip would allow me to boost more correct? i'm planning on getting a greddy exhaust, greddy electronic boost controller, gt28r turbos, and other crap that i am going to need. i'm just trying to set out my goal before i start saving up for parts. im figuring out what works and what doesn't work. so any help i would appreciate! my friends don't know much about euro cars, there more into american / japanese cars. well thanks for the people that helped so far!

i would also like ot know where i could get some body parts, like the bumper, the front bumper, side skirts. and also the plastic under the door. mines kinda peeling off.

what else do i need? could i just take the stock turbo on and bolt the k04 turbo on?

what chip is suggested that i get witha k04 and where can i find exhaust, downpipes, whats the recommended websites that are legit that you guys use to get your parts? i checked out ecodetuning.com and yeah, im not sure on prices so we'll see. the k04 turbos itself cost 800$ is that right?

well, i'd like some recommendation on the websites and what else i would need to get witht he k04 turbos.

Wow. You dont need to upgrade your fuel pump for 230awhp. There are people who run 300awhp on the stock fuel pump just fine.

 

thats where i want to get, around 200-300awhp.
if i can reach that then i will be satisfied.

 

well the mechanic just called me about my a4, i had t he abs light on and he diagostic testing on it. and he said my abs modem is broken, and is gonna cost about 1,000 to repair. is he serious? cause i really think hes ripping me off, if i have to pay 1,000 just for abs i rather go without abs.

 

is this a trusted mechaincal, euro mechanic?? where are you located in the US
