I am installing an aftermartker Radio in my98 a4 w/o the bose system

1st how do i get out the stock radio? and after that i am pretty sure i can firgure it out...

I am in the same situation as i wanna run new speaker wire to the amp in the back since mine have a stupid wining sound. I did a quick search and this is what i came up with
