My A4 was leaking power steering fluid. I brought it to my mechanic, and after he tried to fit a new pressured line onto the car, he realized that the leak was comming from the rack and pin steering system....So that needs to be replaced. Just with searching google I found a site www.carsteering.com and they sell the system for $385. I know this is a major job...and i imagine it takes a lot of labor. Does anyone have the knowledge to let me know how much this job could cost me...It's making me sick to my stomach right now just thinking about it but if anyone has had experience with this, let me know please.
