Air Intake? WHERE?
Im tryin to find a good Intake that wont run my pockets dry. Does anyone have info on where i can order one. I have a 05 (no the model though) 1.8t A4. Plus does anyone know if a jetta or GTi intake would fit?
naw, the jetta intake wouldnt fit, our engines are mounted longitudinally, theirs are transversely mounted. (90 degree diff I think)
i dunno about the b6, but b5's dont see any gains from "performance" intakes... are you chipped yet? If not, save up a little more, and put your money into a chip... opposed to the 3 hp you'll gain from a 150+ dollar intake, you'll see 50+ hp from a chip, for around 400 - 600 bucks.

Yeppers... some of the companies are near (or at) 60 hp... cant remember which... and HUGE torque gains as well.
This is what we were talking about nightstalker... the 1.8 stock is slower than the 2.8... but the potential is huge. The chip is enough to make some people happy -- the ones that don't get bitten by the bug.
