is there any free ways to turn off the airbag light in the dash? if not then, how would i be able to do it? thanks

 

Could be one of several things. Check too see if the wiring connectors under the seat are all connected right. It could also be the connecters on the actual airbags themselves. I'm going to guess that the light won't extinguish without using a Vag-Com to clear the fault code(s).

If you really don't care about safety and just want it gone, you could remove your instrument cluster and pull the light bulb out. I wouln't recommend that though.

 

i hav a vag com and it says to realy stay away form the airbag system. i would just bring it to the dealer. it will cost you tho
