Brake Light blinking ABS light Solid I know probably the ABS module, but why is my airbag light stay solid? The kid I bought the car from hacked up the car I mean he did a really poor job maintaining the car so I have spent the a few months just repairing and putting the car back together to original condition. When I bought the car from him he said that the Airbag light will go off if I play with a sensor under the seat, does this make sense to anyone?

 

Yes and no. Sometimes one of the plugs under the seat will throw some resistance that causes and airbag igniter error and that will turn on the airbag light. But that would just turn on the airbag light: not the ABS light too.


ABS and airbag together is almost always the ABS module.
