not if you have curbed it ( new doesn't mean you can trash it and they have to repair it ) but if it was like that when you got the car then they should be only too happy to help you

 

Low air pressure in the right tires or dragging right brakes could cause this.
Take it to the dealer.

 

Alignment is not always cover by warrenty. If the car is very very new, dealer usually will take care of that under warrenty. But if you already put several hundred or even thousand miles on the car, dealer might say you hit a pothole or something which they will refuse cover it under warrenty. Give it a try and talk to dealer, it won't hurt.
