I really want to see the pics of this when you get it up! How much does the fan normally cost that you are talking about. I heard somebody took the headlight washer nozzle and redirected once in front of the intercooler to spray it down when it would get hot. That seems like a decent idea also but yours sounds great for where i live. I could leave it on more often.
