1998 audi a4 2.8 4wd

I was told my car was misfiring, I tired changing the spark plug but to no help. Any other thing I should check/do/replace?

Is there any common known problems with my model that could result in this?

Also how much is a set of new sparkplug wires, just in case that's the problem.

 

you are going to have to get it scanned just telling us there is a misfire could be lots of different things

 

coilpacks, spark plugs, wires. anything that would effect combustion.

 

coilpacks, ignition control module, or what happened to me a couple weeks ago, hose blew off the dump valve.

 

The 2.8 has a common failure of the ignition module causing misfiring of cyl 2.
