any problems with chip/flash on 07 a4?

I am going to get the flash/chip for a 07 a4 2.oT. Has anyone done this and does it lead to any problems?

It will bump the hp/tq from 200/207 to 241/292.

Does it lead to problems - that depends on you and your definition of problems. It will not effect your car badly at all, but your driving might.
