That being said, and due to the fact that I got wrapped up in my last post, I forgot to say - those are damn nice wheels - some of the nicest, cleanest ones I've seen in quite awhile. I've always been a five-spoke fan, and have been seriously considering a mesh-style wheel for this car, but those have reminded me why I love fivers so much. A+ for your taste in rims

If you like that, then you'll love my toy. It's a 1992 Toyota MR2 Turbo. It's been through a few different engine changes, and is currently on a jdm gen3 motor with GT28RS and all the bolt-ons. In the MR2 community, that's a very SMALL turbo, but I like her. She's making 290whp @ 15psi at the moment and weighs 2900lbs.

Anyway, I have 18" wheels on the back and 17" on the front of this car. 255/35/18's in the back and I've never had issues bending/cracking a wheel. The roads here SUCK. I also have a civic with cheap 17" wheels and 205/40/17's and never had any problems with wheel failures or tire blow-outs. I really want this next daily driver to ride well, though. Can you link me to some pics of B6's on 18's with a lip? I'm curious to see. I've been all over a4mods.com, but they don't tell you what size rims are in the pictures.

Here's a pic or three of my MR2:

And my current DD - a 2000 Civic Hatch (with a GSR motor swap). Fun, but too boy-racer for me, looking for something more my age (30)
