I am going to attempt to replace my spark plugs. (did the oil change with synthetic and changed air filter). Is there anything special I need to know about changing the plugs? I appreciate all the help you guys have given me so far. Also how often should I replace my plugs? (I am trying to do oil change, air filter change and plugs at the same time as it is easier to keep track.

If you can use NGK platinum plugs , every 40,000 mi.

Tighten to 22 foot pounds torque. If the plugs have a washer on them , hand tighten then turn the wrench 5/8 around. 5/8 = 225 degrees

I bought my platinum plugs from www.rockauto.com
for $47.77

And don't buy iridium plugs. At least Denso's.
