APR Chip or Not? Please Read!!!!!
my 01 comes with a ko3s (which doesn't exist btw), I'm going to bring it up with Dahlback tuners to see if I could have a file tuned for bigger injectors.. considering they tune specifically to each vehicle.

skip stage 1 and get the 1+...it makes the car a blast to drive again!
and you might need 3-5 minutes cool down if u rag the car redline to redline then pull straight in your driveway... i did that the other night with my vagcom logging everything just to see how long it takes to cool down with 1+ programming and my EGTs were in the 800c range (and the turbo and mani were bright red... in 3 minutes, they were down to 400c which means the car is as cool as it will get idling...
if i had drove the car easy down my street, one minute would be plenty to return it to normal operating temps!
i think having a test pipe helps it cool down a lot quicker too

I really want to stay away from the stage one right now! The reason being is because of my warranty that is the thing that I am most worried about! I would only do a r1 DV from apr and carbonio intake as well as the apr stage one along with their anti theft system and 3 programs
you mean stay away from the 1+? thats cool but i wouldnt worry about the exhaust or CAI... thats a lot of $ for not much... especially the CAI.... if u do the exhaust make sure u put a test pipe with

Quick question.. If i were to put a carbonio CAI (already have), apr full cat-back exhaust, Say the APR 1+ chip udpgrade, and a DV am i gunna put too much stress on the stock turbo??
My cars got 80000 miles on it as is to add to that and i honestly dont need my turbo to last me any longer than another 30000 or so cuz i should def have a bigger turbo in the next year or two.. That being said my mom was the owner for the first 60000 miles and obviously didnt drvie it hard at all.. im not too bad i dont drive slow but im also kinda cheap when it comes to gas lol soo i dont usuallly floor it all the time..

I think i might as well put a test pipe in if im throwin all that other **** on anyway and ill have to go with EGT there..
