I decided to take the APR snub mount off due to vibrations. I went and got the updated "buffer" mount from Audi for $9 and am completely happy now. My wife wouldnt even drive the car with the vibrations it had before. It is shaved a little around, and if your a4 isnt automatic, it shouldnt vibrate is what I understand. thats strange i had mine replaced and dont have any more vibration then what i had b4 or maybe i just cannot notice it

 

It's because of the automatic tranny, he says.

 

Ive tried re seating it 3 times and shaving once because i didnt want to take too much off. Plus, I realize now that parts were made a certain way for a reason. I dont want to mess with it anymore... The mount is for a 9?-2001 b5 with either auto or manual. I have read that people with auto's have the same problem I had.

are u talkin bout when u come to a stop and the car is in drive, there is a rattling sound?
