Wife used the car yesterday to work, got home, a few hours later she was going to get food but when she started the car, it won't start. Battery is not dead it only has 1000 miles on it. tried to do manual start nothing happened. Not even cranking at all. Called Audi road side assist they tried to jump start it, nothing happened. Now the car is at the dealership and working on it. Haven't heard from them since yesterday. What do you guys think is wrong? Thanks for your inputs.

all is well! glad it's only a disconnection of the cables. apparently the wirings were loose. Yay my car is back!!!
