Insurance should cover the cost of the factory replacement, bodywork and paint. Since there wouldn't be a need to paint the hood it could be slightly cheaper for a carbon fiber hood. It would all depend on how the insurance company pays the bill and how much the bodyshop figures for the labor for their paintwork.

so there is more damage than anticipated...the radiator is bent, along with the AC condencer. and i need new radiator mounts. and i need a new timing belt cover...
winds up to...dont get the car till tuesday when i lost it last week on monday. car is gone for 16 days. this is the saddest time...

naw. the place says they wont put it in. if i wanted to go CF hood i would have to do it myself after adn my dad wont let me drive it without a hood because if i even get a fix it ticket, im totally fu(ked wiht my license

lol, WOWE i hate this. more damage. apparently when the timeing belt cover broke, a pieve of it went into the timing belt and tore stuff up in there. so i need a new timing belt, tensioner, the works. they tell me it shouldnt delay it much if at all. so hopefully its still tuesday. ugh im so sad without my car
btw, ive been thinking of a sound system and i really like JL audio. one of the best in my mind and i dont want a flashy sub in my trunk so JL is perfect. anyone have any opinions or has jl?

alpine type x's.... reinforce your glass, lol
those are my sub choices but jl is a good brand, like most anything it just depends on what model sub you get

could i get some info on your setup? ive never delt with sound systems in euro cars that need harnesses or in cars that need molded dashes. and help would be great. ive got 800-1k to blow so im thinking deck amp and sub. just turn bass down on speakers so they can go way louder

they just pushed my car back to friday. why? i dont know. there is no new damage. but they want to wait till friday to give me my car that will by then have been out for almost 3 f*%&ing weeks!!! senior year..work...rugby...school..christian service...no car=sh!!!t
