Thanks for reading! I have an 08 Audi and the ac just went out. It was blowing cold and now its blowing hot air. I took it to a shop and they said the condenser works and the few on is still good they believe its electrical. This shop does not work with German cars. Can anyone tell me what this issue may be?

 

If the shop was able to get the compressor to kick on and the Freon was full then I would think it is in the controls for the heating/cooling. Do the cabin controls seem to work (minus getting the AC to turn on)?
