Audi A4 cd changer Wire Location

Where is CD changer wire located in Audi A4 2001+ model I am getting a cd changer off ebay and they say it is located in the boot is this true?

Not sure about in Europe, but in the States the wiring loom is located on the drivers side in the boot wheel well. It's wrapped in a chunk of foam behind the carpet.

Open the little hatch where the tool kit is stored and reach forward and down. The connector should be in there.
