Wire Location

Putting back my front bumper on my '08 A4 non quarto. There was a wire hanging down on the passenger side that I did not see before. Not sure where it should go. Getting the OK and no codes. Any ideas?

Da, I checked the fog light and it work but forgot I had unplugged the horn. Thanks
