Default Audi a4 Rattle Noise help please

Hey guys still sort of new to the forum but since I bought my audi ive heard this like rattle noise when I rev the engine or even when im slowing down abit. I have an 1998 Audi a4 1.8t Manual. The sound really sounds like maybe a loose bolt or somthing of that sort not sure if its a common problem maybe with the turbo or somthing if anyone has an idea please let me know.

Thanks,
Mark

There is no way we can tell what it is of a description like that.
Listen to the motor, is it coming from the front or back of the motor?
Top or bottom?
What kind of noise is it? Rattle? Bang? Squeak? Clunk? Tick? and so on.

Rattle-rattle, thunder, clatter, boom-boom-boom! Don't worry, call the Car-X man!

Sorry, couldn't resist...

Have to agree.
Be more specific.

Is it coming from the front, the back, underneath, etc etc.
Does it do it at tha same revs of the engine when you change gear !!!
