a4 tdi bad starter!!

Hi, Audi a4 tdi 2001(B6) awx engine.
changed fuel/diesel filter and seals last week-then 3 days later problems!!!

with a full tank car starts first time everytime,however you can still feel a miss/hicup only slight.

when ive drove about 95 miles(local driving) car runs then cuts out,it does re-start but after a good 1 minute,then it will drive about half a mile and then cut out again.

If i park it up and re-start it after a good 10 minutes,it will take a while to start again. Ive been told there is air in fuel system.

some say its t-piece thats fitted on top of filter(cant see any cracks)
some say its fuel pump located in tank (replaced 6 month ago with brand new dealer part)

others say its something to do with ya filter change,as it was running fine before this.

ive used new seals(changed twice just in case)

Please help dont know what to do!

on idle it will keep running even if reved,but when you drive,after driving up and down 2 streets for about 2- 3 minutes,it cuts out!

 

Considering it happened after the filter change, it probably is air in the system. You can try cracking open the 4 fuel lines going to the injectors(if its a pump line and nozzle system) then crank the engine about 10-20 times for about 10 seconds. You should get a bunch of fuel squirting out the lines.

 

pd-pump are in the fuel tank!.

car does runsometimes may run for a good 15 minutes on idle,so theres no air in injectors.[X(]
