I noticed that some a4's 98-2000's come with a three spoked steering wheels (T) or the four spoked steering wheel (a side ways H). Why is this? does it have to do with having the sport package on it or what?

 

Yeah the sport package came with a 3 spoke steering wheel, but you don't have to have the sport package to have a 3 spoke wheels. I have a 97 with no sport package, but I have a sport wheel. Just depends on how the customer ordered it.
