quattro naturally has a front wheel bias, but is CAPABLE of a 50/50. I believe the quattro is not capable of exceeding 50/50, and must be in the range of 80/20 and 50/50 depending on road conditions

EDIT: I have the grammer of a Paki

I am asking this question to find results under normal dry road driving comditions. This dosn't incluse the shift of power due to skiding or weight transfer. Right now i would think Doose has the right data

It's actually 66% to 44%, I was estimating it from the graphics and was a little off. Why don't you just join the Audi USA site, look it up for yourself and then tell me what you think. And no, it's not new to the auto world, it's been around since Audi introduced the Torsen differential in 1988.

For 2001 Quattro IV was 50/50. It has changed since.

I didn't know they improved the setup.

In 2007 it will be 40/60 front/rear.
