Does anyone know the gearing for a 1998 Audi A4 1.8T with the 5speed manual? I'm trying to calculate the top speed if the redline was raised to 7200 RPM.

It's a linear progression. Just take your car onto a highway, and drive it in 5th gear at 3600rpm. Multiply.
