Default B5 A4 80k mile service

I was quoted around $750.00 for the 'major' 80k service. That includes all fluids changed and whatever else they do. They're not doing the timing belt (the guy said anytime before 105k is good and money is just too tight) and they're going to check the clutch for me. Does that sound reasonable?

you can do fluids, timingbelt, sparkplugs, etc etc for around 500 yourself.

Is that from the dealership? That sounds way overpriced. Maybe I just got lucky but check out this thread.

Your right the 80K is major work. In addition to fluids, timing belt, etc., they recommend a brake fluid fluid. The dealership quoted me $650-680 ($550-580 for minus the brake fluid).
