Default B5 MIL Problem

Ok, so just recently my 98 Audi A4 1.8t started popping up a check engine light. So I went down to get the codes read and they came out like this.

P0118 - Engine Coolant Temp.Circ High Input
P1564
- Idle Speed Control Throttle Position Low Voltage During Adaptation
P1565 - Idle Speed Control Throttle Position lower limit not attained

And then the last code as written on my receipt says. "01545" - Bank One Sensor Two No Acuator

Which makes no sense to me since that code doesn't even really exist as its written and when I looked up P1545 it came out to be "Throttle Pos.Contr Malfunction" which fits in with the rest of the throttle position codes.

So I'm wondering, what do you think is going on here, and how can it be fixed? Any comments would be great.

Change the temperature sensor as they are known to go bad.
Reset the CEL, and see if it comes back.

Also turn key to on position, wait for 60 seconds to allow TB to re-align itself.
Change CTS
clear codes and see what happens.
