There is a thump towards the back of my car when I shift gears, is there some type of mount for the differential that goes out, it sounds like its maybe its a mount for the differential or maybe where the shaft mounts on the round thing(SORRY dont know what its called) im saying sorry cuz I know all ill get is smart a$$ replies and no help. LOL

 

Check for bodies in the trunk.. Could be "gear lash".. Try changing/checking your differential fluid in the back.
