B6 1.8TQ fuel filter change? Any special tools needed?
Just wanted to post before I got home and see if there is any special tools I need to change my fuel filter. I already looked at it and basically just need to know if there's any special trick to disconnect the lines from the filter. I've had the belly pan off and the filter strap off too. Just need to disconnect my lines and pop the new one in.
If its nearly the same as the B5 i used air tools to remove the banjo bolts. my 19mm one was rusted to hell, but it came off without issue. Someone with a B6 should have better info.
I think the B5 and B6 install are quite different.
I got the bottom of car off and strap holding the filter off. Just haven't really looked at fittings on filter yet. Shouldn't be a biggie.

I've already had the filter off and removed from the strap, I just haven't disconnected the lines yet. That's what I was wondering about.
