Ok I thought lemon laws varied by state since it isn't a federal law.

 

They do vary by state. I don't think it matters if you move during the lemon period. The state you live in is the state whose laws apply to you. Like if you get a ticket for speeding in NJ but live in PA, you aren't excempt just b/c you don't live in that state.

 

ok so i'm wondering if you every found a resolution to you vibration. I have a 2002 A4 1.8T QUATTRO....notice the quattro part. I've don't everything but take my car to the dealership. My cars situation sounds similar to yours. It is the most notable during deacceleration/ downhill slopes. Mines has gotten worse to the point of anything above 45 mph. I've taken it to three tire shops had it balanced three times. Had each tire and wheel inspected. I even took it to a local mechanic that is very familar with VW and he inspected the drive shaft and said he couldn't find anything. I'm desperate and my parents are starting to urge me to sell the car. Got any ideas?
