A4 with the 4' rotated are special altered cars..custom if you will ...from the standard American versions..some are euro...some Canadian... But they hall have some minor alteration to the car... Some have the euro dash VDO which is listed in kmh" instead of mph..others don't have winter packages (no heated seats) and some don't have ac.. I've seen 4 models in my Audi experience...I own 1 of them...it's just to let dealerships know they're not the standard off the assembly line A4.
