I'm the same way - the way I see it, by the time I'm able to get a new one, this one won't be worth dick as a trade-in anyway, so Imight as well just keep it and enjoy the convenience ofhaving an extra car.

My Heindrick is in the best shape of his life.
The list of new parts is three pages long.
The most important is the new rebuilt engine.
Over the course of 6 months on and off,
they replaced and tuned almost everything
in the engine bay.
Now it's up to me to keep this beast humming
right. In the end the techs who took it to a German
engine specialist way out in the middle of nowhere.
He replaced all the belts, pulled bank one adjusted cam
timing, among other things, also replaced water pump and
re-programed my CPU.
I drove my car to big bear on wed.
The mountain driving was outstanding.
