I am planning to buy a pre-owned Audi A4 and stuck with a problem...

I like two cars very much ( both in Northern Virginia )
Car 1
2011 Audi a4 quattro, 9500 miles, Premium Plus/ with Nav system and rear camera. price - $36,600

The dealer is ready to go down on the price by $1350 if i don't want it certified and the price stays at asking price same if it is certified.

Car 2
2011 Audi a4 quattro, 8300 miles, Premium Plus. price - $34,600

Question--
Since both the cars are on sale within less than year ---it could have be a dealership loner vehicle or it could have somebody else's problem child....so i want the car Certified just be sure it close to factory roll-out as possible.

Also do you guys think the asking price is on the high end!!! should i be asking for $1500 - $1000 less on either of the cars along with certification.

Please help, I have been waiting to buy a audi for so loongg due to get ready financially and now i am in state where i can afford it..... and really want to enjoy my AUDI experience and not regret it.
