whenever i fill up at the gas staion my car won't start and everytime but that first time its fine anyone had this issue ?

Yeah.. that's the only question that i could think of offhand, if you "fuelpack".

 

once the gas station man forgot to put my cap back on and it threw an evaporative emissions CEL at me. which is a sign of lost pressure, ofcourse i then realized that there was no cap and this did make my car hard to start at times so maybe you loose enough pressure when the cap is removed to actually effect something.

 

i was leaving the gas station acutally i think it was yesterday, and some lady left her gas tank open, with the cap on her roof. i honked a bunch before she got onto the road. she looked at me glared and started to flip me off. then realized what i was honking about and she was like ohhhhh my goshhhhh i'm soooooo soryyyyyyyy thanksssssssss

lol no i scanned it in auto class im a high school student u think i can afford to top off ? HAHA ! anyway ya so i ran it sed evap leak and i tighten it a lot now so ya ...

 

so is it fixed?

when you fill up the tank it has to let air out somewhere, so maby that hole is clogged, and its just bulding up pressure, and either forcing air into ur fuel lines, or just flooding ur engine
