yea know i think now that i can hear my turbo and dv i think i can hear the dv leaking when im on boost, i think i should get new springs for it which is the strongest for a forge red?? hmmm

 

lol ya.. but i finally put in the green spring.. and damn.. the car hauls ***.. green being the weakest spring i dont really understand.. so im not gonna try.. but now i get an extra 5psi in 2nd gear and extra 3-4 psi in 3-4 gears.. i think it depends on how you install the Forge.. most of the online articles say to install in backwards.. so maybe if you install it backwards.. then i would need the red spring.. i dont know.. i give up trying to figure out the Forge.. ive tried every spring in my kit.. and the green one (weakest) has given me the highest most steady boost go figure

 

Thats a lot of extra boost!! What psi were you boosting at before this?

 

My 98.5 2.8 just fail inspection because of this mod, has anyone else had this problem?

 

I hope you 2.8 guys arnt doing this cuz it's for the Turbo 1.8............lol

 

How much did your used air boxes cost you? I wanna do this DIY but i donno wanna **** up my only one.
