Best ECU upgrade for 01 B5

im trying to find out what the best ECU upgrade for my 01 B5 would be, any suggestions?

what motor if 1.8 giac is the way to go

if its a 2.8, then upsolute... i'm looking into them right now, and they seem to have a nice little chip for us 30v'rs

Also what are your future plans? Do you plan on a Turbo upgrade and which one? If no turbo upgrades APR or GIAC will treat you fine if you have a 1.8t
