Default Best Place to Buy Catalytic Conv. CA

Hey guys. Anyone know of a good place where I can buy an OEM Catalytic Converter. It needs to be good for California, all the ones I've seen on line say "fits....except California".

And no, I don't want to get a high flow cat or a test pipe or any other

you're gonna get ripped

just goto a muffler shop and see if they can weld one on.
its the cheapest

CC runs about $400+ for the stock from retail and dealers

$400 ..... I wish. I was quoted $888 for the cat alone, not including labor. There's a shop that sells California CCs that is pulls off of wrecked audis. Those cost about $360, but I don't how long they'll last. Anyway, I think it's going to end up that the guy who sold me the car is going to pay for the fix. He forgot to get it smogged and can't process the paperwork until it's done. Total job ----> 1 Cat, 2 O2 sensors, misc. gaskets/fasteners, labor = $1800.
