Yes you should replace it. You can pick up a 710N from your stealership for like $35. What does your turbo sound like? If it sounds like a siren or a whine...your turbo is goin. Where do you feel the surge?

i will punch the gas and it will buck slightly than not really accelerate hard. (accelerates a lot better at partial throttle) Honestly the turbo just sounds like its blowing air straight into the atmosphere. not really a whinning but it sounds like i just put the ac on in the car full blast

thanks for the advice.. i know some noob's description of a noise isn't easy to diagnose a problem. but i am thinking its the dv especially because it pulls fine at partial throttle and fyi k03s is 214chp. Do you have a recomendation for a particle type of dv seeing as you have an 01 too?
