Default Big Malfunctions to my A4

Hey Guys,

I need help with a malfuntion I had last night. I drove me and my girlfriend to see a movie last night and after the movie we went to her house.(CAR WAS FINE). But when I left her house, I tried and turned on my head lights and only the parking lights and tail lights came on. I started to freak out, I checked the bulbs and they were fine. But my high beams worked fine if i pulled the arm to me. So I decided to jump back in my car. And drove back with my high beams. Well, my heat kept fluctuating from on to off when I was driving home. I turned it to manuel and it kept doing it also.... I dont know what is wrong with the A4. I am taking it a guy tonight so he can work on my car on Monday but I dont know if is something i could fix. Thanks

Matt

Check fuses, check relay, check for codes.

That would be a lot of fuses that went out in a 2 hour period. I mean also my horn didnt work at all and neither did the outside temp. indicator.

Sounds like an ECM problem, get it scanned, even if it doesnt happen anymore, because if you let it go, it'll burn you later.

I had the same problem with my headlights a while ago, it was the light switch itself that went bad. It was the second time it was replaced. Not sure about the heat though.
