electrical malfunctions?!?!?!

Default electrical malfunctions?!?!?!
3 days ago i was driving home and realized my signal lights were not working, fog lights were not working, heating system said it was on but it wasnt, and my wiper blades wouldnt work. i checked my fuses and they were all good. im thinking it is a short somewhere but am not sure and seeking advice. PLEASE HELP!!!
