The thing the compressor maps doesn't account for is the turbine. The GT35 and GT40 are some very large hotsides. Even with a 2.0L, they will need asmaller hotside a/r to get going.

don't you risk more turbo lag when you're putting a significantly larger than stock turbo in your ride? I mean, just based on the mass of the compressor and everything else has to make it start boosting at higher RPM's right?

Yes like all things in life there is always a down side to somthing good.

Except when I get contributions to my turbo project.

I thought that the plus side to the gt28r was that it was a muchbigger compressor but the turbine wsa only a little bigger than stock to battle turbo lag
